# Amazon Rewards Visa Card Online Access: Step-by-Step Chase.com/Amazon Guide

> Learn how to access your Amazon Rewards Visa online at Chase.com/Amazon. Register, sign in, view statements, and manage your card with this simple step-by-step guide.

This guide walks you through accessing your Amazon Rewards Visa (also known as the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card) online. Chase is the issuer for this card, so all online account management happens through the official Chase.com/Amazon portal or Chase Online. Whether you hold the older Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card or the newer Amazon Visa, the steps to sign in and manage your account are the same.

## What is the Amazon Rewards Visa Card?

Chase issues the Amazon Visa and Prime Visa cards. The older Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card (and its Prime counterpart, the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card) has transitioned to the current naming: the standard Amazon Visa and the Prime Visa. The Prime Visa requires an eligible Amazon Prime membership. Both cards carry no annual credit card fee, and Chase is the issuer and system of record for all account activity.

Cardmembers can check rewards balances, view transactions, set up alerts, and make payments through Chase Online. You can also manage your card on Amazon by linking your Chase account, which lets you see your balance, pay your bill, and view statements directly from the Amazon website or app.

If you are looking for help with logging in or creating a new account, see our guides on [how to log in to your Amazon credit card account](https://chasecomamazon.mintlify.site/blog/log-in-amazon-credit-card-account.md) and [register and sign in](https://chasecomamazon.mintlify.site/blog/register-and-sign-in.md).

## How to Access Your Amazon Rewards Visa Account Online

**1. Visit the official Chase.com/Amazon page**

Open your browser and go to \[[https://www.chase.com/amazon](https://www.chase.com/amazon)]\([https://www.chase.com/amazon](https://www.chase.com/amazon)). This page redirects to the official Chase credit card landing page for Amazon cardmembers. Look for the sign-in link on the page.

**2. Sign in with your Chase username and password**

If you already have a Chase Online account, enter your username and password. If you have forgotten them, use the "Forgot username/password?" link on the sign-in page to recover access. You may need to verify your identity with a code sent by text, call, or email.

**3. Enroll if this is your first time**

If you do not have a Chase digital profile, you will need to enroll. Enrollment typically requires your card number and identity verification details (such as your Social Security number and personal information). Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.

**4. Review your dashboard**

After signing in, you can view account activity, check your rewards balance, see statements, set up payment alerts, and manage card preferences.

## Managing Your Card on Amazon

Once your Chase account is active, you can also link it to Amazon for added convenience. Go to the Amazon Cardmember page and select "Link Now." Enter your Chase username and password, and complete the one-time consent step. If you do not yet have a Chase digital profile, you will need to create one first.

After linking, you can:

* View your current balance and credit limit
* Make one-time or automatic payments
* Review transactions, rewards, statements, and payment history
* Add authorized users
* Use the Card Security Center

Only one Amazon account can link to one Chase account at a time. To unlink, go to Card Menu, then Settings and Preferences, and select Unlink Chase Account.

Amazon handles questions related to orders, rewards, the new cardmember offer, and account linking. For payments, transactions, statements, or balance questions, contact Chase customer service at 888-247-4080 or use the number on the back of your card.

## Security Tips for Chase.com/Amazon Access

> [!WARNING]
>
> Always check that the URL in your browser starts with `https://www.chase.com` before entering your credentials. Phishing sites may try to mimic the official login page.

* Enable two-step verification in your Chase Online settings for an extra layer of protection.
* Set up account alerts so you receive notifications for large purchases, payments due, or unusual activity.
* Never share your password or one-time codes with anyone, even if someone claims to be from Chase or Amazon.
* Use the Chase Mobile app as a secure alternative to the browser when traveling or on public Wi-Fi.

## Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

If you cannot access your account, try these steps before contacting support:

1. Confirm you are on the official [Chase.com/Amazon](https://www.chase.com/amazon) login page and not a lookalike site.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
3. Attempt to sign in using another browser or the Chase Mobile app.
4. Temporarily disable VPNs, ad blockers, or browser extensions that may interfere with the site.
5. Make sure your browser is up to date.
6. Check whether Chase is reporting any service outages.
7. If your account is locked after too many failed attempts, wait a few minutes or call 888-247-4080 for assistance.
