Ways to manage your Chase Amazon card

You can manage your Amazon Visa or Prime Visa in three ways:
  1. Chase.com/Amazon: sign in with Chase Online on the web.
  2. Chase Mobile app: use the same Chase username and password.
  3. Amazon.com: link your Chase account on the Amazon Cardmember page to see your balance, pay your bill, and track rewards.
Chase is the card issuer and processes all payments. For questions about payments, statements, or your balance, call Chase at 888-247-4080 or the number on the back of your card. For orders, rewards, and account linking, contact Amazon.
